Version 0.9 pre-launch · 26 October 2026
This page describes what coinstable.us collects today, while it is a pre-launch site. The account side of the product, once it opens, is covered by the customer agreement and a separate notice that names every processor involved.
1. What this site collects
- Server logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser string, and the response code. These exist because a web server writes them, and they are kept for 30 days for security and debugging.
- Nothing else. No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no third-party fonts or scripts, no cookies set by this site.
2. Email you send us
If you write to hello@, support@ or info@coinstable.us, we keep your message and address so we can answer and follow up. Mailboxes are hosted on our own server; there is no third-party mail provider reading them.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not share your address with anyone for their own purposes. We use your information to run the site, answer you, and meet the law.
4. Service providers
When the pilot opens, identity verification, banking, custody and card processing will involve named providers. The customer agreement will list each one, what it receives, and where it processes data. Before the pilot, this site's only processor is the hosting provider that runs the server.
5. Retention and your rights
Server logs are kept 30 days. Support mail is kept while the question is open and for a year after, then deleted. You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete what the law does not require us to keep: write to hello@coinstable.us. We answer within 30 days.
6. Security
The site is served over TLS, the server is patched, and access to mail and data is limited to the people who need it. If a breach ever affects personal data, we will tell the people affected and the regulator as the law requires.
7. Children
This site is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes
Every change to this notice is dated here, and the previous version is available on request.
